  1. “I scheduled a private cooking class with Pamela as I had recently transitioned back into a plant based diet. I was eating out often (expensive) and in the few times I was eating at home, it was the same meals repetitively. Pamela introduced me to a method of creatively preparing meals with what’s already available in my pantry. She made a 3 course meal while discussing how the nutrients balanced. Not only is Pamela extremely knowledgable, she also has a beautiful energy. I use the recipes she taught me all the time and I’ve tweaked new ones. Not so scared of the kitchen anymore ! A++ experience!”

  2. “Pamela came weekly to our house to prepare vegan meals for my husband and I and our 3 kids. I was extremely happy for many reasons. Firstly, together her and I would menu carefully so I had good options for everyone. Secondly, I would get a complete grocery list with accessible foods easy to find at our market. And the day she would come to prepare the foods was fun because she would often include my kids in the preparation. She’s really sweet and easy going and very sensitive to healthy food choices. This year she prepared our vegan Thanksgiving meal and it was amazing! Her food is delicious and it’s all vegan and many things also raw.”

“Pamela made our bachelorette celebration truly special! The bride was so excited to have a vegan chef! Pamela arrived on time with everything she needed to finish preparing a delicious meal. The presentation was gorgeous and the food was nothing short of phenomenal. The dinner was flavorful and filling. Vegans and non-Vegans alike had seconds! The bride, a lifelong vegan, said it was the best vegan meal she’s had. Thank you, Pamela!!!”

  4. Pamela’s menu and food was an absolute HIT at my event. The flavors, the textures and the dessert were DIVINE. My clients loved the meal and they all said they felt nourished and well taken care of. I will DEFINITELY work with her again. If you’re on the fence, make the decision to work with her. You will NOT be disappointed!

  5. I hosted a private cooking class at my home with two friends. It was beyond our expectations! Not only was the food we made incredibly tasty, throughout the class Wasabi provided helpful information that we can use to expand on the dishes she taught us. In one class I have everything I need for weeks of cooking. But this is just me talking. The real proof is that my non-vegetarian kids and husband LOVED the first meal I prepared.

  6. In addition to assisting in one of her amazing cooking classes yesterday, Pamela catered my 40th and the food was gone in less than 30 minutes, all courses! All the food was made with thought and love and mindful of what we are eating and why we are eating it.
The vegan cooking course I took with her pleasantly surprised me where we made delicious veggie burgers and falafel- both super good for parties and a very healthy source of protein! As a Wellness Coach this is extremely important to me. I learned quite a bit about flavor balancing, as Pamela is very knowledgeable in what she prepares. Super excited about our next collaboration together- whether we start having her cook for us, or catering a next event. Thanks so much Wasabi!!

  7. I loved our cooking class! Learned so much about knife skills, spice and vegetable pairing, vegan burgers and how to make delicious sauces. Wow a lot was packed into our 3 hours! You were able to give us a lot of knowledge and hopefully I can take my vegan cooking to a higher level. Looking forward to another class!

  8. We loved our cooking class with Pamela. I actually booked the cooking class for my husband’s birthday after we ate at an event that Pamela cooked for at Urban Oasis in Homestead and found her very knowledgeable and interesting. The cooking class at our apartment was excellent. Pamela made it easy for me to get the needed ingredients by sending a digital shopping list over for me to just order online. Talk about convenience. We made some excellent beet burgers and Falafel that we happily ate for several days after class. Pamela is a good teacher and had a lot of patience with us. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend Pamela as a cooking coach to anyone who wants to get a little more creative and knowledgeable about vegan cooking!

  9. Pamela prepared a private dinner for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday this past weekend.
In preparation, she created a thoughtful, creative menu including our favorites and took into account our dislikes as well as food sensitivities (we are not the easiest to please!)
Pamela arrived and surprised my husband as he did not know he was about to have a gourmet vegan chef prepared meal! She was well organized, thorough, extremely professional and presented the most beautiful dishes with ingredients collected with care. Every element was so detailed! We were blown away by the taste and uniqueness of each course.
Probably the best part, as we had experienced before with speciality cakes made by Pamela for our celebratory events, was the strawberry shortcake made from scratch with very low sugar– not something easy to create while maintaining such richness and flavor. We were in heaven as it’s my husband’s favorite treat.
Again, Pamela was so professional and her talent shines through in every aspect of her work. I would highly recommend her and wish she could cook for me daily:)
