Chef John, and Chef Rene from Pinch Kitchen in collaboration with Pamela Wasabi join forces to delight you with an Amouse Bouche followed by a 5-Course Plant Based Dining Experience.
True to the restaurant eclectic atmosphere and free style cooking, the menu ranges from world traditional dishes like Peruvian Ceviche, Italian Risotto with a vegan and unique spin, to American derived recipes under their own interpretations like Kalamansi Toasted Cornbread. The menu is both appealing to the regular clientele as well as enticing to the vegan foodie and connoisseur of this type of cuisine. Loyal to Chef Wasabi’s take on her dinners events, most tropical fruits, greens and vegetables are organic and sourced locally.
